I'm having an issue with my Samsung LN46A650 and was hoping that someone might be able to help me out with a little guidance. My tv (LCD) has audio and backlight, but no picture. I don't have a multimeter, so I haven't been able to do any component testing.
For a few months my TV would, on occasion, start displaying some horizontal green/pink lines, which would eventually take over the whole image. This would generally go away after 15 mins or so. Now the TV turns on ok, but there is no video at all, I can't even see the input changes, volume adjust, etc, but...

Hi everyone

My name is Arkadi, I live in Ontario, Canada. I've come across the site numerous times when troubleshooting, great source for info. Now I'm having an issue with my TV and thought I'd register to get some help if possible, not having much experience with component-level stuff I've never registered to post until now, since I can't offer a whole lot of help to others as of yet.
