The results:
PIN1.4.5:GND
PIN2:ADJ - "5.03"
PIN3:ENA - no reading
PIN6:7.5v - "5.23"
PIN8.9:12v - "12.5", "12.66"

Here are more pics.
Don't know about voltage output (sorry). TV repair guy checked voltage ouput on various components on the power supply, but not sure exactly what, just know he said nothing was wrong with it....Leave a comment:

Hello,
My first time doing this...My Coby LED TV2326 will not power on, no stand by, no clicking, nothing. I took the power supply board to a tv repair guy who tested it and said nothing was wrong with it, that it must be something else, and that I should stop wasting my time and buy another tv. The frugality in me figures I've nothing to loose by still trying to fix it.
I've attached various angled views of the motherboard (part no. 002-FV24-2510-00R). There are lots of questionable yellowish-brownish ooze. Not sure if I should replace.
