Hello Everybody,

I have a problem with my HP Laptop.

The Model #: dv6-1160eg
The Motherboard Reads:
HannStar J MV-4
94V-0 0828

A Schematic of the board is available.

The problem is as follows:

- The machine was shut down properly, afterwards the plug of the external power supply was pulled.

- The next morning the power supply was connected to the wall outlet.

- The LED next to the plug on the laptop was flashing slow.

- The external power supply was checked...

Hello everybody,

i've repaired some TVs and vintage samplers by replacing worn out caps.

Now I face some problems with a Laptop Power-Supply, that I can't fix myself.
I hope that I can find some help/information in this Forum.
