where do I put the leads from my multi-meter to check these test points. I know that the test points are on the TCON board. Is the black lead on any ground and where is the red lead for each point?

Forgot to add that everyone now seems to have been on vacation at a beach for a month and have gotten a great tan. Night scenes are very dark and you can not tell what is happening.

Here are a couple of pics. The only thing that seems to make the picture brighter is by increasing the brightness. Increasing the back light level does not help any...

The wife and I were watching TV the other night and noticed that the picture got darker. We checked other stations and even check the dish network guide and everything was darker. I read a few post and it seemed that everything pointed to the inverter board. I ordered the inverter board and swapped it out but this did not fix the issue. Just wondering if anyone might have some ideas on where I can start to fix this issue. I don't have any schematics. So, I don't have any idea on where to start taking voltage measurements.
