Thanks for your suggestions, that number, 62639, is all there is - I've used a microscope to check. I've found a pwm IC with the same pin out and have ordered it, but in the mean time i'll try replacing the timing/startup cap and see what that brings. So far the schematic matches the circuit.

Thanks for your quick response. There are no outputs at all, including sb5v. IC2 is responsible for ALL outputs as it produces VCC. See attachment MLT198L-IC2. I have a Megmeet MLT198L P/S with no output. Am down to IC2 with the # 62639 on top. No output with 12v Vcc. Have isolated output line so it is not being pulled down. Anyone know what type part IC2 is, possibly PWM, and does anyone know where I might procure a good part? I have the schematic, but IC2 is not labeled at all on it. Thanks for any help here....

Do you still need a schematic for the Megmeet P/S? I have one that matches the MLT198L and am sure it will be close enough to help.
