The power supply board no load voltages look good, REMOTE_ON/OFF pin at 3V turns on 12V output pin, all other voltages are OK.

Would the next step be replacing the Main Board (3655-0122-0150)? All suppliers that I can find are out of stock, except koshevo on ebay. They require the old board be evaluated for reparability before a repaired board is sent, $160. I would like to find a supplier who will send a good board before I send in my old one. The price for PS, T-CON & MAIN is over $300....

I have the same problem. Flashing white then flashing amber VIZIO in a continuous loop and back screen.

I have 5 V at CN202 PIN 1, 2, & 3; 0 V on Pin 11, which is the REMOTE ON/OFF; 0 V on Pin 8 which is the +12 V.

Does this indicate the main board may have a problem and it's not turning on the + 12 V because the REMOTE ON/OFF is low at 0 V?

Are any more tests indicated before I order a main board?
