It's early and I didn't get much sleep so I'll double check the values later. As for the LED2, no I haven't seen it come on, but it's placement is very curious. There's a hole in the PCB through which the LED peeks out the other side, and there's also a hole in the metal backplate directly behind the LED which lets the backlight shine through the LED, making the LED appear lit up.

I got this TV for free after it had died during an electrical storm. I don't have all the details but lots of people in the neighborhood had their TVs and other electronics die at the same time. When I first got it it would not turn on at all. I tried replacing the power board which made no difference. I then replaced the main board and the TV came to life, albeit without any video on the screen. The audio works fine, backlight comes on, buttons work, but there is nothing on the screen, not even menus. I assumed the culprit was the T-CON board since...
