outputs available on the power card 5v 12v . The power light stays on when the screen is not plugged in. but when you put the flex on the screen. power light starts blinking. The 5v output moves between 4.6-5.0.. where can this problem come from.not have badcaps. everything looks normal.I plugged in another screen again same problem to continue -
