Yep, fully reassembled and plugged in. Computer recognized two screens, nothing on the monitor with or without flashlight. Had a bit of a misstep forgetting to plug the display ribbon cable back in, thankfully noticed that the second time around

So I'm having the same troubles, solid blue on the power light, no display or response to buttons. My computer does recognize it as a display when it's plugged in. I haven't switched out the capacitors, but I'm not seeing any bulging, and the earlier posts that say they switched and saw no change worry me. I've attached the pictures, any thoughts on a move forward is mighty appreciated. This is my first shot at fixing a monitor, hoping to get it working......
