yeah my settings are ok, I can hear the board making a small clicking noise, like a switch going on /off very faint, with everything disconnected I'm am getting these voltages so I think it is the PSU that's at fault

Zomi, The light is red then green then off, its like the sets starts then shuts off and continues n this fashion

Sorry for the lack of info guys, I'm not 100% sure of the layout of the pins but looking at CN4 on the board pin one being bottom left here is what I get the only voltage I get is pin 9 goes from 6 to 11v ping 12 13.2v that's with the main board disconnectedLeave a comment:

Hello, sorry for jumping on here but I have a 17IPS20 that the power going to the main board jumps from 23.3 down to 15 when the main board is plugged in, when I unplug the main borad the voltage sits at 23.3, I don't get any other voltage on the pins going to the main board, show I not see a 5v? do you think this is a faulty PSU or main board ?

Hello I have a Toshiba 40L1333db that wont power on, I am getting power going to the mainboard between 16v and 23v, when I unplug the main board it sits at a steady 23.2v is that an issue with the PSU or the Main board?

sorry I just done some more testing there and I am getting 25v to the inverter even tho the backlight is off
so it looks like the inverter, but I git another and the boy told me it was working, is there anyway to test the inverter ?

OK So when the Inverter is connected to the PSU and not the screen I get 25v always when I connect the inverter to the back light the voltage goes to 0, so it could be the back lights its self? is this for the bin or can the BL be changed ?Leave a comment:

Ok So why I unplug the Ribon cable I get 7 flashes and the back light does not come on,
When I short PN 1(3.3V Stby), 3(On) and 11(BL_On) the black light coms on for a second the goes off, the 25v I was getting at the Inverter goes to goes to 0v, so I gues its not the Mianboard, PSU? all the caps look ok on the PSU and the voltages are good
