Yes I do. Just curious where I should start checking.

I have had this Tv going on 4 years now. No problems at all until last week. Why I am not sure if this is fixable or not, is that it comes and goes at random, one minute the tv has perfect picture, next minute it turns to what you see in picture #1, Doesn't matter if its the first time you turn the tv on, or leave it on for 8 hours, The randomness is what stumps me. I have included detailed photos of every board in the tv, and have tried to visually see any issues or defects on the these boards. I don't see anything burnt or possibly causing an issue. My main question is do you think this is...
