I was wondering if anyone know what could be wrong with this power board..

I'm thinking the fuse is blown (hence the 2 different color rings on it).

The TV will power on for a VERY breif second (when holding down VOL - and INPUT) then it clicks and turns off. The power button will blink every second.

I don't know how to "test" the inverters nor capacitors except to take out and replace, one by one..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
