Update! Heres the readings I got.

CN201 I got 5v at 5v, 11.45v at 12v, 0.045v at A, 1.923v at C, and 2.872v at PS_ON.

CN204 I got 17.74v at 18v

CN202 I got 24.80v at 24v, 0.045v at A, 1.923v at C.

ZD240 same as CN202 except theres no A B and C.

Logic board is 3655-0152-0150(4D)
Power supply board is 0500-0507-0790
Master inverter is 6632L-0614A
Slave inverter is 6632L-0613A

Hi everyone!

My dads E550VLs screen used to occassionally go black, then come right back on. After about a month of it randomly doing that it finally went out completely. Sometimes you could turn it off and on and it'd come back on, but usually for only 30 minutes or so. I did the flashlight trick, and you can see the screen as well as toggle through menus. I also checked for sound via xbox. It appears to work perfectly minus no backlight. The next thing I did was take voltage readings with the tv on and everything still connected. I checked all the connectors on the power supply...

I stumbled upon this site after my fathers tv went out. I am a electronic and automotive kind of guy. If it can be taken apart, i'll try to fix it! Hopefully I can help and be helped here!
