Hi All,

I have a Panasonic TC-P50VT25 tv. The other night I had a pop from the upper right rear corner of the TV and it went dead. I found C-460 blown on the board identified as TNPA5081 Rev K.

I need to identify the value of that cap can any one help? Also any ideas as to what may have taken it out or is a just a bad Cap?

Hello my name is Walt. I have been a Field Service Engineer for many years going all the way back to the "Mini-Computer" ie; Data General, DEC, Borrughs, etc.

I have worked on Mini's, PC's, printers, terminals, Semiconductor front ends, Automated wafer inspection equipment, 3D printers, and a medical device.

I used to trouble shoot to the component level "digital circuitry", however not much in the way of Analog. Of course with todays equipment most is board swap, not much component...
