I know I 've seen where other people have had the same problem but they said the power light will go Orange or red and flash. I noticed mine will stay green. I tried it again yesterday an it still the same no screen with pic.

Hi everyone my name is Matt. I currently have a toshiba LCD model 55ht1u. I was watching tv an all a sudden the screen went black an I still had sound. The screen came back on for a few moments then went black again an stayed black but still had sound. I called Toshiba an they told me to try another component. So I played the DVD an same thing. I had sound but no picture. So they told me to take a flashlight an hold to the screen to c if I could c the picture but still couldn't. They told me it had to be one of the borads.
