ok meter works....i Have it set on dc volts..what pins will I test,specifically where do I put my leads to start out?

What is that thing called that I took a picture of on the power board. It looked to be bad because I saw leakage on the other side of the power board where it was located. I would go ahead and replace it but I don't know what it is called lol.Leave a comment:
