"No signal detected" does not remain after the screen goes black. Issue apparent with vga, hdmi, and component connections. Displays the "W" when it's initially powered on just fine. I'll post pics shortly.

Westinghouse SK-32H240S "no signal detected"
I have a Westinghouse SK-32H240S that displays "no signal detected" and goes black. I replaced the main board and the t-con and still has the same issue. I've turned it on in the dark, looking through the back vents and i can see it light up white for a second (something another forum mentioned) so I assume it's not the power board inverter (no caps swollen or any burnt smells) Any advice would be appreciated.
