Re: LG 60PV450 Z-SUS unavailable...sustitution?
Finally found and received new z-sus board. It's actually the Zenith I saw earlier. Installed it and at first had a green "solarized" effect. After checking here, I found a post that talked about the ribbon cables maybe causing this-Spot on, rechecked cables and!!!, I could see my screen again! Checked voltages, everything was within .1-.2 volts. Thanks guys, Y'all gave me the gumption to try this! But

Re: LG 60PV450 Z-SUS unavailable...sustitution?
Is it possible to test the MOSFETs/IGBTs in circuit since there's a short on the board? Or would I have to take them off to accurately test them? Also while searching for the EAX66076601 board, came across the EAX64232101 board from a Zenith Z60PV220 that looks identical. Can these boards be subbed?...

LG 60PV450 Z-SUS unavailable...sustitution?
Hello all,
First post, so I'll ask for patience in advance. TV went out without warning a few days back. Traced down to a burned out IC on the z-sus board (IC216). Can't find any available anywhere, so a couple of questions-
1-Anyone know where I can find one?
2-Is it possible to find and replace the IC?
3-Is there something I should be looking for as the cause of this IC burning out?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've enclosed a few pics, but haven't figured out how to notate them yet...
