hi, right , been trying for months to do this, seen we can use vestel tool V1.1
but need to know with all tv's as i work for a company that gets more or less
every branded vestel set's . its a pain to keep taking off nand flashs and spi chips, and dumping and reprogram i want to be able to do the following, for these reasons,!
1.buy in new screens in bulk from china, but be able to change panels in configs
of vestel sets, to be able to swop screens and add replacements,
2.dump firmware via telnet commands, 17mb110 onwards wont work via...

as a member of this top notch site which over the years has helped me out alot. i want to give back.. so ive uplloaded a shed load of files to one of my servers enjoy,! and if you require any new JVC tv firmware. i have lots more, please ask,. what software / firmware or files you are after you never know as a tech i might have it cheers ..

hi guys, im a engineer with over 30 years experiance i have the ability to dump nand and spi via removal . but i work for a company where we get all JVC sets and logik tvs from currys returns as faulty so i repair alot of the faulty tv's with firmware corrupted files. bad sectors and such,
as we deal with latest models from 19 - 65" models. i can share all firmware from latest sets as well. just need a little help on how to.
such as how to download full nand and spi via telnet commands i get to putty and get into vestel via telenet easy enough, get to this stage,... -

i had issues with mine in my studio when i first bought a set lasted about 9mnths, then did exactly the same turned out caps that diode, i removed glue had exactly the same issue,
i then moved onto M-AUDIO BX8 loads better,, better made cicruit than mackie, as mackie are over priced for what they do,Leave a comment:

Found two issues and fixed,, old element temp core sensor was faulty. And wire from temp in element to main 939a ver4 board was faulty at crimp... On 2 of these just goes to show how crap they are,Leave a comment:

No heat at all from unit,
replaced. Element in reflow hot air head end
replaced bmt08 8amp 600v triac, nothing
display just reads, error.. Nothing,, not even room temp 0.25 as it should start,, has anyone else had this purchased 2 of ebay. Faulty but brand new ,,, u can see never been opened, im now looking at bmt137 triac. As i have removed this next to optocoupler and still dead, doing the same., so maybe optocoupler or this triac, anyone else. Any info on these cheers, its duratool zd-939l -

I GOT 2 OF THESE.. both brand new, factory returns.,. no heat at all replaced element in nozzle. 13£,, original duratool ones... also replaced triac,, BT08 8amp 650v triac, no luck still says on display error,, and no heat shows not even room temp 25 like others when they start.. removed,, BT136 TRIAC.. SAME ISSUE.. SO wonder if its the optocopler. anyone had same issue and found the fault at all.! mainboard is a ZD 939A -VER 4Leave a comment:

right ive asked this before,, and answer was incorect,
so does anyone know how to get Backlight , switched on without main board ..
someone said before , bl on to standby and stanby 5v+ this does not work..
plug main board in it works..
now , when i put 5v stby to standby and 12v pin 1 to bl on,, backlights flash,,,but will not stay on,,, anyone point me in the right direction to keep backlights lit without main board, -

Asus sabertooth 990fx VRM COOLING
Hi guys,, i have a amd 9590 chip 8 core,, and the best board so far i found for the chip is sabertooth 990fx rev 3.0.. new latest, to support the said chip.. amd 9590 8 core , and the VRM's get so hot.. when video encoding , or hammering the cpu,, is there anything i can buy to cool the VRM'S im using V8 COOLERMASTER COOLER., AS CPU IS 220WATTS, and v8 states it cools cpus upto 250watts, dual fan, and very large as a main cpu cooller. problem also is the weight of this cpu cooler. its pulls cpu out of the socket, which is a right pain in the arse,!
so question is, how can i stop... -

17ips12 vestel mate obviously it's BL On / Off but no idea it ground or 12v or 24v or even dim .. As vestel are mostly different to activate backlight without main AV.. Does standby need to also be activatedLeave a comment:

I would say X sus fets are short causing standby vss to drop.. Check all fets as had fair few of these on X sus fail.. Check all fets with meter to see if open circuit if so order and replace be careful high voltagesLeave a comment:

I repair these on daily basis seems your flash eeprom has corrupted had this loads of times eeprom becomes faulty and drops boot loader this needs a reflash with correct software for screen as well has to be paired to eepromLeave a comment:

Vestel 17IPS12 BL-On/Off how to
looking for info on how to turn backlights on without AV board on a vestel power supply I forget the model but it's led I have diagram at work tried loads 24v sw to bl on / off ... Also standby to standby 5v+ with vestels how the hell do u perm turn on backlight without main AV board.. Turning 55 led TVs into roof mounted lights at work and non of us can seem to get backlights on with bl on.. Plug main AV in and it comes on.. Any ideas how to perm get black lights lit without need for main AV.. I know it's a ips Psu.. Forget the model. -

RED / BLUE STANDBY LIGHT FLASHING = software fail.. u10 & u13 i believe,, i have loads fo firmwares for these,, but prob is you need NBoot file. model of board + screen model and serial. to pair them. right pain in the arse, ive got one at the minute akk voltages completely dead,on mainboard..
