Thanks for the advise. Worked Great, TV has no symptoms anymore, a Samsung 46" LCD (Ln46a550).

I altered the guide a little bit putting one 2 " piece of 3M Mounting tape ( double sided grey foam material)
UNDER the PCB Board with the ribbon cables attached in order to put some tension on the cable and it will pull itself (Instead of push) against the pcb board to make a good connection. I then taped a few pieces from the bottom edge of the pcb board around the corner towards the back of the screen to hold...
