BN41-00542A Samsung LE46m51

Hi,
got a samsung le46m51 with a bn41-00542a power supply,
got some bad reading from voltage regulators probably, would like some guiding to find this problem, the tv has no pictures,

So what i measured, i came opp with following.
on the ribboncable from the powerboard over to the logicboard, its som high reading on the 13 volt connector (the only one) on top side. it shows 15.6 volt ,
and 5 volts shows 6,45. but the 12 volt is correct.
and visually sjekked the board and no bulged caps, but changed 5 off...

ok, my bad.
I just connected myself to ground in chassie right below the power supply.
but i think if i remember correctly i used the ground pin for the measurments on the diodes at 100volt...

I wonder if i could bother you about a little problem or a big one....
I seen that you have good experience in older theads, and have some simular problem, with a Samsung Le46m51,

Hello, want to see if i could be able to get in hera to get access,
picked upp my formet skills from electro from early 1990, now i started to do some
hobby repair for fun.
Educated electro and communication , graduation 1990 and work
at Ericsson radar and so on.
