Thanks for your replies, I did remove one side of t-con flex at a time and I did get a good half image but it had some horizontal lines in a 6 inch portion of the screen.Leave a comment:

Hi guys, sorry for the delay. I do have a MSR meter but could this help me figure the value of the capacitor? My MSR meter is pretty cheap and only gives me the inside resistor value... Here a picture of the other board, so C8 and C12 are the ones i need to replace on the other board. Would those be 10uf 46v ?

Disconnected the cable from my TV which was fine and connect direct to this one. Problem is the same at customers house. So not a bad cable or cable box. thanks for the suggestions!Leave a comment:

32LX1D dual tuner problem
Hi, thank you for your help. Your site has been very helpfull for me since now.
Dual tuner (antenna/cable) When i connect antenna i get a perfect image.
HDMI input works perfectly too.
When i connect the cable module to the cable entry i get noise in the image or more vertical line of noise. I get the same problem when using the cable module in the antenna connection. -

I just want to add to this post because i have solved this by adding a thermal pad over the existing pad of the main CPU so it apply pressure on it and solve the bad BGA contact issue. So this is not a permanent fix but it might last for a few months.Leave a comment:
