I don't know how to test the bulbs so I tried starting with the readings on thevoltage regulators on the main board but I have no experience with identifying them. I have attached the voltage regulators I identified with their readings on part numbers. Can someone help me identify and tell if these voltage readings are what they should be? I'm trying to narrow down the issue to the board or bulb that's causing the issue. Any help beyond what I've done would be most appreciated!...

Voltage readings with tv on are: BL_ON =3.2v, lamp status = 3.4v, dimming signal =1.9v. Looks like something is almost instantaneously shutting off the bulbs as soon as they try to come on but what? BL_ON stays HI and I can't tell anything is wrong coming from the main board. Is there some way to determine it's definitely the power board that's faulty?Leave a comment:

Here's more pics as requested. Yes, the backlight tries to come on twice and only for about a half second now since taking the board out to check connections. The blu led on the power board comes on when the backlight tries to turn on but I don't know what it means....Leave a comment:

When I took the power board out, i noticed after plugging it back in the back lights will now only come on for half a second each time the tv is powered up.Leave a comment:

The BL_ON now stays hi at 3.26v and goes down to 3.2 when bulbs come on. It seems to be staying HI until TV is shut off unless the slight change makes a bit of difference.Leave a comment:

Hey. I have the same problem as above only the tv comes on with logo for about 3 seconds, back light goes off, comes on again with a blank screen after a few seconds, then shuts off again after 3 seconds with power still remaining on with audio working and picture visible with a bright flash light against the screen. I'm trying to isolate the problem down to which component (or board if needed) needs to be replaced. When the back light comes on for 3 seconds, a blue led on the power board is visible up till the point the bulbs shut off. What...Leave a comment:
