Re: help with nexus nx422 (lg panel #pdp42x30000)
I switched between the two logic boards I have 2 because that is what I originally thought was wrong with the TV. I have also triple checked all of my connection and they seem fine. Also I double checked my va and vs voltages and they're spot on to the specs.
Not quite sure what you mean by xsus i know there's a zsus board but is there a third board I don't know about?
Either way I'll probably be cutting my losses now instead of dumping more money in this damn thing.

Re: help with nexus nx422 (lg panel #pdp42x30000)
Ok so I got the ysus board today and the solid white screen is gone but it still won't display and input or menus. The back light comes on and that's it. I tried swapping between my two control boards and it made no difference. I have 14 days to return the ysus for a refund so if I can't find out how to fix this before then I will be selling the tv for $20... anyone interested? Lol

Re: help with nexus nx422 (lg panel #pdp42x30000)
Thanks for the reply! I was worried it might be the ysusat $110 for a used one I'm not sure it would be worth it on this tv but I might try it.
What about the insane voltages I'm getting off of some of the caps? Considering there are a few of them like this on just about every board I'm worried just swapping the ysus won't completely fix the tv.

help with nexus nx422 (lg panel #pdp42x30000)
Hello all, I recently got a free nexus 42 plasma that will turn on but only shows a bright white flickering screen. Input, volume, and chanel buttons do nothing, remote doesn't work, and will not display any input or sound.
I originally thought it was the control board based on a post here of a tv with similar symptoms, but replacing it provided no results.
I have tested all connector voltages and they are all spot on, checked all fuses, and none of the caps appear to be bulged or leaking. When I unplugged the y sustain the screen would not turn on. When I unplugged...
