Just wanted to say it was a happy ending. Replaced the caps with the ones I linked from Digikey and it's all working fine.
This is the first time I've done something like this so it was a good learning experience. I hope to save more electronics from the trash in the future.

So I have the same monitor and also the same issue (bulging caps, won't power on).
I also have all of the same capacitors except for 2.
All CapXon Capacitors
One KM 100uF 400V
One KF 2200uF 10V
Two KF 1000uF 25V
One KF 1000uF 10V
Two GL 470uF 25V (these are different than listed above)
One GL 47uF 50V
One GL 22uF 50V
I was hoping someone could tell me what caps I can replace these with.
