unscrewed the back of lcd where permantly mounted tcon was and a square chip with dozens of pins had hole burned through it that explains itLeave a comment:

its not doing it now, just has backlight! it isnt bright white now, bleeding to black, just a low backlight all I did was try plug in my computer as a vga source to the pc vga input ill try add some picsLeave a comment:

replaced power board and mainboard, when I plug the set in now red light comes on, then the blue light comes on, and screen tries light on its own has some colors very blurry which grows brighter and brighter without hitting any buttons. could this be another bad mainboard any help I would be greatful for thanks.Leave a comment:
