I got Yamaha RX-V563 not turning ON apparently no sign of burning but only i can see heat marks on the regulator IC on the secondary board where AC DETECT signal coming from. regulator IC giving out put 3.2 volts.
on transformer all AC voltage there except no voltage on yellow cables which connects to secondary board pin AC-6.
