Hi! My Samsung 50 inch plasma recently developed a vertical line on the screen. I have had it for about 3 years or so. It is no longer under warranty. It is a thin line, a little thicker than a line drawn with a pencil. It runs from the top of the screen all the way to the bottom. It is on the left side about four or five inches from the edge of the screen. It changes colors depending on what is on the screen at the time. It ranges from reddish to greenish or black. I have tried switching out inputs, using different cables etc. I have even opened up the back and checked for loose connections and...

Hi! I am new to the forum. I found the forum while looking for troubleshooting information on a tv of mine. I liked what I saw and decided to join. There is a lot of knowledge here. I enjoy electronics and technology in all of its forms. I like to tinker and repair my own things. If I don't know how to do it I will learn how. I look forward to being part of this group.
