I have an analog meter, better for electrical work, would that still work? So now I have a different problem. The cable box also died at the same time as the tv. (Odd...) I got samsung to come out and fix the tv for free as a one time thing. So it was working today, and while using it & the blu ray player, the player died in the middle of a show. No power light, or anything. All this equipment is plugged into a surge protector. (Still working) I checked the outlet and it is wired correct. Samsung LN46D630M3F
Hello everyone, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have a 46 inch Brick at the moment. The tv is only two years old. The red power light is on, but the tv won't turn on. The light doesn't blink when I try, and the tv makes an audible noise when I hit the power button. I have tried the leaving it unplugged for 24 hours trick. I have opened it up and nothing stands out as being bad. Any suggestions for me? Of course Samsung won't repair it lol. The capacitors are made by samwha the wl variety so my thought was maybe they went bad? (Although they visibly look fine)
