Hello badcaps members, newbie here. I bought a 60" Samsung Plasma a couple days ago, cheap, it's non working, but I'd like to fix it if it's not to expensive. When i plug it in i here a loud click, a red light flashes(power button), the audio turns on briefly, followed by 20 lower sounding ticks and then repeats. All of the capacitors look good and i can't see any visible damage. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
