rework station for small devices
Hello,
I am looking for rework machine (station) for small devices.
Mostly, we are working with QFNs 4x4 mm
the devices we have to replace are very expensive and sensitive.
So, its very important to have good rework machine to replace them.
Please, advice.
Most station have very big heating area. Is there any option to focus the temperature beam?
