Dell Latitude 5580 LA-E152P BIOS

Dell Latitude 5580 LA-E152P Rev 1.0. Board with Nvidia 940MX GPU.

Aynone have working BIOS dump for these? Some background:
I have bunch of these laptops and [B]some[/B] of them have a following issue; BIOS (and TPM) won't update...

I have the same issue but the VCC resistor is @ 10 Ohms. Is the BQ chip faulty?
