I have the same problem than pyrosster. If I connect the CN3 connector, i have less than 3vdc, and 11vdc if I disconnect it. The light on the TV lights very dimmed and do not start. I changed all electrolitic condensers and I do not see any change. How can I force to start the 12vdc part of power supply? or why do not start this?
