I've got 2 of these Insignia LED TVs with the same problem - LED backlight was off - audio and all other functions were good. Removed LED backlight connector from power supply, re-seated, and backlight now works....for about a week, then same problem. Re-flowed solder around connector and driver components. Again worked fine for a week, then same problem fixed by re-seating backlight connector! Any ideas?

Hi, My name is Rob and I've been repairing electronics as a hobby for 30 years! My day job is Cisco CCNA instructor. I also play guitar and sing in a band....play drums and synth too. Into Home Theater and recording with Ableton Live.
