start the exe on whatever windows machine, it will give you an error message, leave that one open, open a cmd.exe, go to %TEMP%\JL140 and there is "Jl-140.rom" which is what you wanted.Re: BIOS File<br />

Re: dell ltd 610 manufacture mode level 67
From a different forum:
"wait until the machine asked me to hit F1 to continue (which takes awhile since it first asks to press Fn-X), at this point, instead, I hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and surprisingly, the machine booted fine. I then DIDNĀ“T go to SETUP, but I allowed Windows XP to boot and then I reflashed the BIOS.
Problem solved, like magic!!!
PS: The first time I tried to go to the BIOS SETUP, but the machine frozen, then, the second time I left Windows to boot straight using the same CTRL+ALT+DEL...

Replace all OST caps. Some of them may have failed without bulging yet.

Re: List of Bad Cap Manufacturers
Yes that is them, the label and the colours used for the plastic/print match the bad stuff on a GA-BX2000+ I recapped....

AsRock P4VM890
Started with USB going haywire, onboard network acting funny. So opened the case, saw one bulging cap near the southbridge.
To my horror though, I saw these caps were (O)ST branded, the same stuff I just replaced on my Shuttle AV49N. So, fully recapped the board with Rubycon. Works like a charm now.

Re: MS-6168 Bad CHHSI Caps
That would be a PackardBell thingy then. Replaced the 2700uF's with 2200uF (no 2700uF's in stock) and the 1000uF's with 1000uF, no issues, board runs normal and stable.

Re: GA-6BXS and GA-BX2000 with 330uF Choyos
330uFs are not easy to come by. I had a GA-BX2000+ with "STONE" capacitors 330/25V (all bulging, several leaking) and replaced all of them with 470uF/16V Rubycons. Works like a charm.

Shuttle AV49N
All (O)ST, all bad. Recapped the board, now waiting for other CPU to arrive so I can test it.
