- when laptop waiting to start (no batt) 0,10-0,20A but not start, (its must be 0A )
-EC215 and PU101 ISL88731A not look good when i changed 2 parts worked mine.

here some dumps my friend.
one of mine old. others one of normal and one of modified dump.
my laptop power on but doesnot show video on the screen. external vga working but system freezing on the windows screen. i try another windows setup but when i came disk volume selecting area freezing again. same result other dumps. i think hm chip damaged my own.

yes you are right 19v converting inside to 10v or 12v usually 12v. i think answer is simple and inside laptop. many laptops need high power charging and sametime working with Chrg example 90W (19v 4.7A) i think if ve change the adapter to 12v minimum 8 amper need. it will be dangerous for charger chips . stepdown dc-dc converting more safely and cheaper vay i think.

and if you plug out battery you can use like this 12 to 19v dc-dc converter
