If the tv works fine without d200 . Does that diode have to be replaced? Is there a risk of damage or a fire if the voltage goes over 300 without d200 installed?

I know this is and old forum but I just got the same tv and all it does is blink 23 times click and blink 23 times again. What is the problem? Main board?
