Okay. So the black things are inductors and it's okay if they're crooked? The black one's in both pictures are L1, L2, L102, and L103. There's a brown discoloration on the board around the inductors in the 1st picture which you can see in the overview. It was a power outage so when the lights came back on it didn't work. There was a surge protector on it.

Okay, after a power surge monitor doesn't work. It looks as though some capacitors have been blown. Here are pictures of the power board. It looks as though L1, L2, and maybe L103 and L102 are messed up. How do I know which type of capacitors I need and where do I buy them from?...
