    PIONEER DJM 800 Mixer

Hello all and i want to apologize for my bad english.

I have a problem with my pioneer djm 800 mixer and i would appreciate if somebody could help me.

The mixer is working well except the display. When i turned the mixer on the display wont to start at all. I opened the mixer i cleaned well the board which the display is on i checked for bad solders but nothing.

Below appears a photo of the bottom of the board which the display is, the manual of mixer and two prtscns, one of the circuit which the display is and second the one of two outputs of psu.

Thanks all for.your replies. So you suggest me to try to replace the mainboard? Is sure that the panel is ok? The mainboard is BN94-01490A

Also if i try without source. I have black picture in the tuner mode again. And to hdmi, vga the picture is blue with vertical lines. I don't know sometimes i can see shadow idols from previous source that remains to the picture for a while when i change the source and make me wonder that there is a possibility to be lcd panel problem.

The first picture is with vga, the second with hdmi, the third with AV conection.
With the tv tuner as i say i have a half picture blue and in seconds goes and stay to black, only sound play.
Sometimes when i change the source stays an idol behind from previous source for few seconds. Is tha possible to be faulty panel?...

Is it possible to be lcd panel problem and when i conect vga or hdmi the picture is "clear" with lines and when i conect the TV source the picture is completely black? If its the panel the picture should not be the same in both cases?

  • Samsung LE40M87bdx picture problem

Hello all and sorry for my english. I have the tv above and the problem is that when i open the tv i hane no picture at all. The half picture is blue and the other is black and gradually in seconds go to black. The sound play without problem. When i coonect via vga or hdmi cable i have picture but with vertical lines in the left and some black shadows.

I measured the voltages of power suply and are 5.6V(i think is good) and for 12 and 13V i have both 11,5V. I replace the electrolytics capacitors in the psu output but didnt change anything. I see from the schematic that the 13V goes...

    Re: Marantz ST-4000

thank you for you reply! yes i tested these 12V voltages and was ok. I found the problem. I decide to test the power push button after all measurements, and YES i had faulty power push button. Than you for you interest again!

    Marantz ST-4000

Hello all and sorry for my english. I would like a little help with my Marantz ST-4000 tuner. The tuner waw working normally and suddenly went off. When it is pluged the standby led is on as always but if i try to turn the tuner up the monitor doesn't show anything. I have not sound on speakers too. I opened and tested four transistors on power supply, all diodes and zeners and are all ok. I tested and resistors too and nothing goes wrong. I dont replaced electrolytic capacitors because they seemed good but i dont measured them for ESR and capacitance. In the power supply out connector i have...

  • Re: samsung le40a536t1f no power red led blinking 5 times

Ok i did a mistake with the counting of pins and i connected wrong. Now i dit it right and i have the 5,1V and 12,6V but When i connect the power supply to the mainboard i have no voltages. Is there something that can i test to the mainboard before i start to search for another on?

    Thanks!

  • Re: samsung le40a536t1f no power red led blinking 5 times

Thanks for your reply. I did exactly tha you said and i have tha standby voltage 5.1V but i dont have the other voltages. In pins for 5.1V i have 2,2V and in pin fro 13V i have 0,6V. thid mean bad power supply, right?

As i said all electrolytics and one rectifier in the secondary replaced. All diodes, rectifiers and mosfets of the board are good. Any advice to continue??

    Thanks!...

  • samsung le40a536t1f no power red led blinking 5 times

Hello all and sorry for my english!

I took this samsung tv from my friend. Firstly the red led flashes consecutively and the tv don't turn on. He changed all the electrolytics from psu and one of the rectifiers on the secondary and now the red led blinking 5 times and then off. Also he found a bad smd capacitor on the mainboard which was burned but he didn't replaced the cap because he didn't find. With all connectors connect we have no voltages on psu.

firstl i would to ask if threre is a way to test the psu out of the connectors. I saw in another thread and i connect...

  • Re: lg 2234s no power at all

I tested the resistors and are all ok. I replaced the caps on primary(not smd) except the 150μF/450V because i didn't find the same, the rectifiers on the secondary and also the electrolytics there and i have the same measurements. i tested the optocoupler too.

If i have bad SMPS IC, the voltage on vcc not supposed to be right but to be bad the output voltage? If i understood correctly this voltage comes from optocoupler?

No i didnt had the mainboard connected when i measure. Nothing.
    Already this board i bought...

Thanks, i've already found the datasheet. I have voltage only in pins 1 and 7(3.1V). in other pins except gnd i have few mvolts.
i put some solder on each pin but nothing....

Sorry but what do you mean "SMPS IC"? You mean the IC802 LD7522 on the bottom of the board?...

  • Re: lg 2234s no power at all

I tested the mosfet and is ok. I try a new one for sure but the problem remains.

I dont have any voltage on the transformer in secondary in any pin consequently i dont have voltage to the output connector.
    In the primary of the transformer i have these DCV pin1 326V pin2(not connected) pin3 326V pin4 0V pin 5 0V.

The dc voltage between two legs of c807 is 3,1V...

  • Re: lg 2234s no power at all

As i said to the post #5 i found FQPF8N60C mosfet instead AP2761I-A as service manual.(i bought the biard from ebay) i'm in work now when i'll go home i'll test the mosfet, the transformer on the secondary and i'll measure the DC of c807 as budm says..

also i'll take a better picture of bottom side.

To the connector with two red wires i dont have any voltage. I tested with main board connected and not already. Should i have ~12V on power pins(red wires) and 5V(pin on/off), right??
