    Thank you, Sir. That sounds like a plan, and i think with the help of some card stock i should be able to separate the boards functionally so i can warm one without heating the other too much. I will get back to you with the results, and thanks again.

    Hi, searched for a thread that might give me the answers, with out having to start a new thread, but found nothing posted that match the exact problem I am having.

    Bought the monitor W/computer second hand a week ago. The first time I had the monitor powered on for less than 30 min with no problem. The next time it was powered up for about 45 min and I lost power. With in 2 or 3 seconds the monitor powered back on and worked for another 20 min until i shut it down. Over the next few days this problem became worse - losing power sooner and taking longer to come back on line. I had...

    Hi, I'm Eric, and of the generation that allowed my first introduction to electronics at age 12 to be the just introduced Fairchilds gaming system, and a little later the VIC20. I attended the South-West School of Electronics in Austin Tx. in the mid 80's.
