I have no picture but sound.

VA-TP 55v
VSC 0v
VY 0v
VZB-9v
The logic board light is flashing.
My Z-Board has some dark spots on the board.
I used a replacement kit and changed a few FETS, reflowed the coils, and changed the fuse but I still have no picture on the screen.
What to do next....

I have a LG 60PV450-UA is the model number.
I did everything listed as the other members did.
I have sound but not picture.
I have not pattern after shorting the board and removing the ribbon cable.
All the caps appear to be okay.
