Yes it was connected to a cable box when this happen the cable box still comes on and shows the channel it was on; but I have not connected it to another tv to see if i get sound or a picture.

With or with out power I get 0vdc on BON on the mainboard. With power on I get a gnd reading or 33ohms and with power off I get OL.Last edited by allencarr; 03-27-2014, 09:42 PM.Leave a comment:

Thanks for the help. I have added the picture of the whole backside of the TV. The 0 volts DC is going to the red led bulb at the bottom of the TV. Does the BON signal come from the power supply card and what voltage am I suppose to get from the BON?

Insignia NS-32L240A13 TV will not turn on
After a bad storm that came through the other night I lost several electronic devices. Thankfully I was able to fix the other devices except this Insignia TV. I have changed the power supply board (6MF00320A0) and can not get the TV to come on.
The power supply board is part number is 6MF00320A0 and the main board part number is 6MF00301B0
Here are the readings I am getting on the Boards
Power Supply Side GND = GROUND
X503(left side of the board)
PWM 3.5 VDC
BON GND
GND GND ALL
24VDC 24VDC
