Hi, Thanks for your prompt response. If I understand correctly I need to unplug TV, wait 5 minutes, take off back cover, connect to AC and look for electrical arcs. am I right?

Hey, I have the same issue since yesterday, I own the KRP500M for about 5 years, I have heard your audio file, it is exactly the same issue. Have you managed to solve it? if so can you please post me what were the findings and how did you solve it?
