Solved!
Ok I did it...
I didn't have to clear ME, I just removed a chunk of data from the EC region manually.
If anyone needs help with this model, reply here....

Re: Dell Optiplex 5080 micro BIOS lock
Ok so I replaced the bios region of the file (second half) with an "empty" one which I pulled from a DELL bios update package (used older version, same as mine).
Booted and password/computrace/express tag are STILL there!
I cannot find a second flash on the motherboard, I looked many times.
Do I also also have to clear ME region? I found the express tag in there but could ME also hold bios pass? Doesnt make sense ...

Re: Bad Y-buffer, Do I need sustain board also?
Hello people!
My Hitachi plasma would not turn on, and had visible damage on one of the ICs on the upper Y-buffer board, so I removed it(the board), turned it back on and the lower part of the screen worked for 30 seconds before blowing out (with a small bang) two of the lower Y-buffer ICs.
So could I have caused this by turning it on with the upper buffer board disconnected?
Or is the Y-sus bad? (Vs/Va voltages all are perfect) And is there ANY chance the Z-sus could be the reason of these problems? Don't get me...
