  • LG Plasma 60PG70FD image noise and Self test

    Hello,

I have a LG 60PG70FD Plasma TV and suddenly the image became noisy with pink grain. It is an intermittent problem, sometimes it goes back to normal and after a few seconds it becomes noisy again.

I removed the ZSUS and YSUS boards. I tested for shorts and didn't find any. Removed some caps and tested ESR and capacitance, all OK.
I resoldered all ZSUS DIP components(including the inductors coils).
For the YSUS I resoldered all the inductors.
Vs and Va voltages are correct.
    -Vy voltage is correct.
    Z bias voltage is correct....

I am trying to fix my Playstation Display here. But I am not sure if the problem is the eeprom... I didn't buy a new eeprom yet, but I think it may be the power supply.

When I turn the the power on, I can read the +5v from the power supply, but I cannot read the +12v and +24v. Maybe because the eeprom is bad and it is not switching on the main power supply +12v and 24+?
Does anyone with eeprom problem tried to read the +24v and...
