    Hey, new member here, and I have a simple and well, maybe stupid question, but I just learned of bulging caps today, so bear with me.

    I have had certain problems with rendering and encoding problems on and off for a couple months now. My computer has been dropped twice, and that was the blame everyone I knew put on this computer, so I have not done much in the way of trying to fix it and just saving up for a new PC.
