I'm looking at a Dell 3007wfp that is exhibiting a green vertical line across the screen. The screen will sometimes flicker and the screen will occasionally flicker to dimmer colors. From what my research has shown it is likely something to do with the TCON or tab bonds. How likely do you guys think this is fixable?

using this and the other information posted elsewhere in the forum i was able to fix one of these monitors. Specifically the information posted above by ac21.
