TV turns on, no picture, LED light flashes very rapidly and continuously .
[B]Sound [/B]and [B]Backlight [/B]are OK.
It didn't happen at once.
In the beginning picture was coming about 15 mins after the turning on.

What could be the problem please?

Yes the real picture is same as Bobdee gave, which is :

there is a blown up SMD IC is on the board which has 8 legs and can not read what is it. It is on power side.

Hi all

I have a Dell E153FPf lcd screen and it has a dead power. I checked the board and found out that one of the IC ( SMD ) blown and some resistors and diode looks broken as well.

I think best thing is to change board. Anyone knows where can I find this board???
