I have above tv & the backlight had gone so I replaced leds on strip that failed with 1s I have used on many lg / vestel sets & they light with tester but not when tv is turned on
however they do complete the circuit as all other strips light when tv is on now
but my question is what are the correct leds I need to fit in this tv

so i pulled tv apart to fix dead led & that is done now i can see leds shine threw the picture i was a dumbass & moved diffusers so at moment is hard plastic above leds then shiny then white have tried a few different ways & always same
theres only 3 how hard can it be

so i removed metal plate that covers board tabs go to pressed abit & green block gone but other lines still there all pixels seem to flicker different colours in those lines that are left...Leave a comment:

im unable to bend really i pulled out ribbon cable to board along bottom 1 at a time left side show 2 very faint lines when rest was black right side looked like this

i have ordered that already & resistor &caps that are listed in inverter mod pdf above just unsure what to get for this part...

Solder zenerdiode (TVS) on PNEL-T707A and PNEL-T708A:
-Solder zenerdiode TVS (33 V)on red indicated position.

i no this is an old thread but i have just got 1 of these tvs with same fault i have found all parts & ordered seperately except the tvs 33v diode is this suitable SMAJ33A-E3/5A ?
or can some1 tell me wat i need please

my friend was watchin this tv yesterday & picture went sound stayed on i have looked today & with torch u can see picture on inverter board f1 fuse has blown can some1 tell me wat 20 means im presumin size ? not sure tho
& voltage i need is 1amp correct?

i pulled lvds cable out from control board noticed 2 pins bent & not pluged in tryed to straighten & snapped doh... but was a few red sparkles on screen
bought another board & is working fine nice picture

i collected this tv other day was free so wats to lose i no some1 has been inside all caps on powerboard look new screen has a slight glow when on no pic tho i have checked fuses by ipms & all ok pulled buffers out top =15mohm bottom 1550kohm with test i seen on here then i put top1 in tried & noticed glow on screen then i seen this post

i had 3 of these at the sametime & worked threw them & fixed this is last1 but i have lost 2 cables circled in red

i dont see any colour sound is fine get wat pics show for 5secs mayb2 lol gott b quick to take pics replaced top buffer with another no diff am thinkin mayb tcon coz of voltages but i not sure????????????
