Someone gave me this TV. The original problem was blinking power led and wouldn't turn on. I found a resistor fried on the power board. Replaced the power board and now it turns on but there are issues with the video. I am trying to figure out if this is the panel or something else. I have switched out the mainboard and have the same issues. In addition to the blocking issue you can see in the picture, every now and then the picture will start flickering at various speeds. The audio is perfect during the whole time....
